Joe Hedges

Joe Hedges is a visual artist living in the inner northwest, United States. With a reverence for history, art history, and the past, combined with a strong interest in the effects of digital technologies on our aesthetic and sociological experience, Hedges’ work melds vocabularies in contemporary fashion. Hedges has shown paintings, photographs, and collages at galleries in the united states and beyond. Recent exhibitions include Currents New Media festival in Santa Fe, NM, a group show at Reverse Space in New York, NY and a solo exhibition at the Art Academy of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH.
