Deb King is a Detroit-based artist/publisher whose work rises out of her history in performance art (1970-1984). A partner in Past Tents Press - http://www.pasttentspress.org, she is the founder, director and arts editor of mark(s) online journal for the arts - http://www.markszine.com. Work not in artbase includes Defrag (now off-line), The Mother of All Harlots (email intervention), intersections - http://www.debking.net/intersect/index.html, Rosemarie and Paul - http://www.rosemarieandpaul.com, com and various Mother of All Harlots ecards.She is currently working on a site specific project investigating population flows from 1860 to 1940 based on race and economics for a Detroit intersection.
