PHILIP RAE(light bombing)

Philip has been developing what he calls Light Bombing, a digital alternative to graffiti art. In response to political issues surrounding the acceptance of traditional graffiti, a permanent painting in public view. Phil decided to push the boundaries of this acceptance and develop a less permanent but still publicly accessible form of graffiti. This has resulted in a project he calls, Light Bombing.
