WHO: CUE Art Foundation is now accepting submissions for our newly launched contemporary art blog: on-verge.org.
WHAT: on-verge, developed in collaboration with AICA USA, serves as a platform to expose its readers to art and culture lying outside of traditional, mainstream media coverage. The site continues the long-standing relationship CUE maintains with talented emerging writers, giving them the opportunity to highlight emerging and under-recognized artists across the globe. on-verge invites writers to align themselves with two well established organizations while developing both their voices and their portfolios.
Submissions for on-verge may cover any artist, exhibition, arts-related topic or event that has not received wide spread, mainstream media attention. Subject matter is completely open, and articles are not limited to critical reviews. We encourage writers to submit interviews,
news, recaps, recommendations, or anything in between, with a fresh perspective and a unique voice.
HOW: Interested writers should submit an article proposal up to 300 words, one relevant writing sample pertaining to art criticism, a CV, and a one paragraph bio to info@cueartfoundation.org for consideration.
