In numbers, end to end is a sequence with the first one and the last one.

In programming, end to end is a message with a deliverer and receiver.
In web server, end to end is a process with a remote controller and a piece of device.

In the context of contemporary life and development of technology, the interpretation of end to end could be endless. It may not be something between two extremities, but a cycle and loop without ends.
