As I'm sure you've heard, September 22nd is OneWebDay. Well, I've been helping organize it and I hope you can attend because I think it's going to be a great day (Don't you want to come to school on a Saturday?!)
Here are the details:
Where: Washington Square Park, Teen Plaza (SE part of the park)
When: Saturday, 9/22, 3pm to 4pm
Who: Speakers will include Jimmy Wales (Wikipedia), Andrew Baron (Rocketboom), Birju Pandya (Charityfocus.org), Dana Spiegel (NYCWireless), Lauren Klein (One Laptop Per Child), and representatives of NYC's Digital Expansion Initiative and GatewayToGov.
What: FREE event, Music, wireless, surprises. Please come!
