BIG SCREEN PROJECT WEBSITE WILL LAUNCH SOON…

**Big Screen Project is seeking innovative short films and single channel video art works for our first OPEN CALL: Future Selves

Sharing vision and voice through the arts, the Big Screen Project (a new public art and entertainment project) channels and promotes cutting edge art into an outside venue. We work with content partners including art institutions, filmmakers, and independent artists/thinkers to bring art to the plaza’s public space. The facility has zoned sound direct from the LED screen as well as video and input zones for enhanced interactive media art.

The Big Screen Project's HD LED screen is huge: 30 feet x 16.5 feet. The screen is situated in a 11,000 square foot PUBLIC atrium, located on 6th Avenue between 29th and 30th Street. We will run a diverse schedule of daily programming blocks and live plaza events.
