looking for programmer to help with finishing a project prototype
and then to be involved in it's future development.

things to be done now on prototype include fixing java script bug, animated
gif creation, QT upload consult, basic HTML (tables) consult. present support
would be unpaid but prototype is part of grant proposal which would include
up to $4000 for project development.

the site addresses issues of interaction in relation to web cam useage,
dialogue, narrative
–these are the main areas that are to be developed.
