Call for artworks, objects, images, text, articles, soundpieces selected or made in response to the location of my forthcoming exhibition 'on an industrial estate in Southall, West London'. Use your imagination to come up with a site-specific response- you don't have to have been here to contribute, I am particularly interested in responses from far afield (global responses to a very specific locality). You can focus on any aspect of the theme, whether it be the industrial estate or Southall, and your contribution can be either factually accurate or completely imagined. I will be building my sculpture around the things people have sent me (like a kind of 'merzbau'). Everything sent to me will be labelled with the contributors name and you will be credited in the exhibition catalogue. It should be a really exciting show, would be great to have you involved.
