mac, the UK's liveliest arts centre reopens in Spring 2010 following a £15m makeover. We are looking for a creative individual(s) or organisation(s) to work with us on:

· Identifying the programming framework and focus for our visual and media arts programme in the first two years of opening
· Identifying regionally-based Associates with whom mac might develop a longer term partnership
· Identifying potential projects and exhibition/s for the gallery and public spaces during Autumn 2010

and

· Curating/ commissioning the opening exhibition in our new 250m² 1st floor gallery for May to August 2010, and accompanying events and workshops. This could include an interface with our public spaces through the use of plasma screens and projection.
