Call for part time instructors to teach digital literacy/imaging/HTML

Part time instructors are needed for SAIC Wired, a digital literacy course required for incoming students at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

SAIC Wired is a required 1.5 credit course that will be offered only in Fall 2010. The purpose of the class is to familiarize incoming students with the Mac Laptop and some of the accompanying software that relates specifically to producing a professional artists' website. There is a beginning level to the class that focuses on Photoshop and HTML/Dreamweaver and a more advanced section that focuses exclusively on HTML/Dreamweaver and other web tools. Examples of student work, all course lessons and tutorials are available at http://saicwired.org.
