The Young Investigator’s Forum on Culture Technology (Young CT) is an annual event bringing together leading young CT scholars, industry executives and great mentors of our time. The forum falls under the auspices of Graduate School of Culture Technology in Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Airline ticket will be supported for student presenters by Graduate School of Culture Technology, KAIST.
KAIST students and faculties in the Graduate school of Culture Technology invite you to submit a full paper of your research, present your work, and actively participate in the forum. Young CT is an inspiring forum to present cutting-edge research and intellectually exchange ideas in all areas of the field, broadly defined. This forum will also provide you an opportunity to visit Korea and to celebrate diverse cultures.
The forum will begin in the morning of Friday, August 22, 2008, and conclude at late afternoon on Saturday, August 23, 2008. While exciting sessions are planned during the day, the evenings will consist of a reception (Friday), and an awards dinner (Saturday). We will also prepare a number of fun activities to get to know each other among participants and KAIST students. Young CT participants can also learn what are the "things to do" as you visit Korea.
Full papers may be submitted through the forum website. We particularly invite submissions in areas that illustrate the use of technology, engineering, design, management, marketing, and many other novel ways to express and to explore culture, keeping with the spirit “Atlas of Culture-Space.”
