The Tallinn Winter Exhibition (For the Children of Narva) 2008
CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS!

For the first time in it's history, Tallinn will play host to an exhibition dedicated to raising funds to assist projects outside the arts. The aim of the event is to assist and meet the needs of the Narva City Children Orphanage in Narva and the Estonian Red Cross. To mark this event, The City of Narva (www.narva.ee) and Erel Group AS (www.erelgroup.ee), in collaboration with Artenade and TAMM Gallery, call upon all artist and non-artist alike to participate in this open submission exhibition for THE TALLINN WINTER EXHIBTION; from 07 - 28 November 2008.

This event is open to anyone and everyone irrespective of skill, level, background and interest.
However, only paintings and photographs are acceptable.

The funds raised from participating will go towards the construction of a new playground for the orphanage as well as the the Red Cross.

The works will be curatted and opened to the public to select their preferred pieces. The selected winners would have their works auctioned by the gallery; receive honours from the City of Narva; an opportunity to exhibit their works for a month at the Narva city Town hall and various other prizes are available for the runner ups.

All submissions are subject to a fee. The maximum number of works that can be submitted is 6. The funds raised through the submission fees shall go to the Narva City Children Orphanage. You can submit your works on-line or by downloading the form which you can email back to us.

Submissions are accepted from 12 May to 01 October 2008.
