Gallery RFD seeks submissions for its upcoming exhibition Lost: The Art of the Found Object

Working with found materials presents an irresistible creative challenge for many artists. Trolling the edges of synchronicity and relying on chance, they find material inspiration in gutters, garbage cans and bus seats. Lost: The Art of the Found Object celebrates the work of the pickers and gleaners who imbue lost objects with found meaning.

Deadline: Submissions should be received by 4.pm. (EST) on Friday, June 6, 2008.
