Carbon Sugar Air by Instant Places generates and broadcasts slowly evolving sound objects inspired by the natural forms and processes of lichen symbiosis. Instant Places is comprised of Ian Birse and Laura Kavanaugh. Instant Places and guest Tina Pearson will perform using the installation Carbon Sugar Air on January 17th as part of NAISA's Art's Birthday celebrations. The performance will be featured at 5:40 PM in an EBU-Satellite broadcast hosted by Kunstradio in Vienna, Austria
