ArtSpam is committed to providing non-commercial curated access to artworks and texts using the intimacy, vulnerability, and professionalism of email.
If you feel your artwork or theoretical output engages with the imperative and tenuous substance of contemporary subjectivity and empathy; the immediacy and alienation of the supermarket, the internet, prefabricated social media, and television; or uses new forms and structures or new readings of historical forms to frustrate the social and cultural homogenization which capitalism motivates, and you would like your work to be included in one of Art Spam’s digital exhibition emails please send an optional 500 word maximum statement and up to five complete digital or digitized works to artandtheoryspam@gmail.com. A brief email about how you envision the work being digitally displayed and if you would prefer to be included in a group exhibition or a solo context is also appreciated but not required. Please include appropriate artist, material, and date information. Most submissions will receive a detailed response; all will be considered and receive some kind of correspondence indicating the status of the submission.
If you are not yet added to our list and would like to receive or send the upcoming September digital exhibition, Mass Immersion Event, or the October ArtSpam distribution on the relationship between ghosts and violence, please email us at artandtheoryspam@gmail.com.
ArtSpam is ad free and does not share your email address.
