Join us for an evening of mixing and mingling surrounding the art and science of food! Through a series of speed-meetings (like speed-dating, except for professional purposes) event participants will meet those within and across disciplines.

For those who are interested in food, or whose work in some way addresses food from a scientific or artistic point of view, EMAIL info@sciartcenter.org TO BE AN OFFICIAL SPEED-MEETER. For those of you who want to come and just hang out on the sidelines, you're more than welcome! We will encourage everyone to stay past 8:30 and continue the conversations started.

What counts?: food science, culinary arts, agriculture, nutrition, alternative/new food sources, food sustainability, metabolism mechanisms, social food practice, GMOs, food culture, and the like!

Bring your ideas, contentions, and business cards. Must be 21 or older. This event is free and open to the public. Bring your friends!
