Discuss concepts of experimental storytelling and how documentary can be enhanced with dramaturgy, lighting, sound, and scenography to recreate a moment in time. Explore site specificity, considering how the structures that surround your projection become a part of the story you’re telling. This workshop poses more questions than answers, and challenges filmmakers to expand their canvas!
