Peep Radio at www.peep.dk is an internet radio channel organised by the
artist Rosan Bosch. It is a website with sound only. Artists of 14
different nationalities have worked with radio as a contemporary
art-form.
Is it possible to communicate without prejudice?
The idea for this radio channel derives from a question. Is it possible
to find human ways of communication beyond cultural, social and
religious diferences? Beyond prejudice? There is a need to communicate.
And there is a need to avoid that our society looses itself in fear for
immigration and immigrants.
Maybe it is through the anarchist approach of contemporary art that we
will become able to find ways to communicate.
Peep Radio is an experimental platform of sound-works, that have been
created by artists with very different backgrounds.
All participating artists have worked with the same frame of 15 minutes
of internet radio. The show is the individual rendition of the artist.
All shows can be listened to at Peep Radio on the internet, on the same
premises, free for individuel interpretation of the listener.
Peep Radio will broadcast a new program every day during 3 weeks.
