SYNESTHESIE AT THE VENICE CONTEMPORARY ART BIENNIAL
DAILY ON-LINE UPDATE (TVWEBSITE) FROM THE FRENCH PAVILION FEATURING THE
WORKS OF FRENCH ARTIST FABRICE HYBERT
From 9-24 June, Fabrice Hybert' s artistic project "'Eau d'or', 'Eau
dort', ODOR" will transform the French Pavilion into a production and
broadcasting studio complete with daily TV programming. The project was
conceived and produced both in Paris and Venice.
To follow the artist's daily metamorphosis, the Ministry of Culture
(Research and Technology Department and the Applied Arts Committee)
delegated Anne-Marie Morice, editor of the online magazine SYNESTHESIE,
to create a special site with nightly updates called Fabrice Hybert's
TVWEBSITE.
This daily Internet coverage corresponds perfectly with the nature of
Fabrice Hybert's intervention itself. The exhibit is intended to be a
process of active thinking full of daily surprises, rather than a
definitive exhibition of works.
Netsurfers equiped with the "Real Video Player" will be able to view
short video sequences extracted from the daily programming. Editorials,
critic reviews, Hybert's drawings, photos, interviews and audience
remarks will all document this lively chronicle. Visitors to the website
will also be able to leave their comments in the guest book.
TVWEBSITE can be visited at :
