CALL FOR PAPERS

Consciousness Reframed 2000 is a forum for developments in the field of
art, technology and consciousness. Following the success of the previous
Consciousness Reframed conferences in 1997 and 1998 (each of which
attracted some 200 delegates from 23 countries, including 100
presenters), Consciousness Reframed 2000 will again take place at the
Centre for Advanced Inquiry in the Interactive Arts (CAiiA), University
of Wales College, Newport. As in 1998, it will be followed the Workshop
"Interstices: the Architecture of Consciousness" at the Science
Technology and Art Research Centre (STAR), University of Plymouth (28/29
August). (Participation in the Workshop will be limited to those
presenting papers at the Conference).
