The Mexican council for culture and the arts (CONACULTA) organizes
through its department of audiovisual media, the international festival
of video art, VIDARTE, which will have place from the 22 to the 26 of
September at the National Center for the Arts in Mexico City.

Within this festival, there will be two electroacustic music concerts
with video, curated by the Mexican composer Manuel Rocha Iturbide, who
invites the international electroacustic music community to participate
by sending their video-electroacustic work. The non selected videos will
be nonetheless held and diffused in different kinds of later events. All
sented videos will become part of the audiovisual department archive.

People interested must send their work in format BETACAM SP or VHS to
the following address, and before the 30th of July, along with a
description of their work and their biography (one page maximum):
