Call for the 2nd International Show of Art in CD-ROM

April 8 - 30, MECAD / ESDI, Sabadell-Barcelona

After the 1st International Show of Art in CD-ROM, which took place in
Barcelona in 1996, Claudia Giannetti curates a new edition of this
event, which will show those works produced during the last years that
illustrate the most recent creative praxis in this medium. The aim of
this second exhibition is to gather a representative selection of
international artists and designers who work in the context of
interactive art and electronic books. The CD-ROMs will be shown at the
building that houses MECADMedia Centre of Art and Design and the School
of Design ESDI, in Sabadell - Barcelona, and will coincide in time with
a series of workshops devoted to digital creation, also organised by
MECAD.

The deadline to send proposals and/or CD-ROMs is due on February 26th,
1999. The name, address and telephone number of the author must be
clearly stated in the material sent, and his/her curriculum vitae must
be enclosed to the proposal or CD-ROM. For further information, please
