Graphic designer looking to share office in Chelsea

Office to share in commercial building Chelsea/Flatiron

Your rent share would be $580 per month, that includes all utilities
and wireless high speed internet. No phone line set up so far but that
can be arranged.

Office is newly set up, there is a large window and the 2 desks are
across from each other, a cozy lounge area to chat with clients and a
large window.

I am a designer/photographer and create websites and photo books. I
sometimes work off-site with clients a full day and sometimes I am at
the studio every day weeks in a row.

Storage space is a bit limited, there is still space for shelves though.

I am looking for a respectful reliable and trustworthy person who has
a good work ethic. I can imagine a graphic designer, web designer, web
developer or video editor, interior designer, PR agent, photographer or
who ever wants to share space with a creative person.

Please email a description of your business or what you plan on doing
and tell me a little bit about the amount of client traffic you expect
to have and how much equipment you would want to bring.

You could move in pretty much as of right now, latest by the end of
the month.
This can be a short term/long term solution. I will also ask for a one
month security deposit.
