Office Space Available
We have a few remaining affordable offices and desk spaces available for rent perfect for individuals or small businesses working in the fields of design, film, art, architecture, production and more and will give you the opportunity to work among some of New York's top creatives in a stimulating, comfortable environment.

Included in the office space is a 3rd Ward membership granting access to all of 3rd Ward's facilities including a photo studio, wood shop, metal shop, dance studio, audio/music recording & rehearsal studio, digital media lab, and post production suite which will be available for booking for all office renters.

Membership Plans
We have a few remaining membership plans available for contemporary artists and those whose work is often multidisciplinary.
