I/WE: case studies

Case studies is a juried show curated by painters at SCAD-Atlanta to be held at the Defoor Centre in Atlanta GA. In conjunction with their show entitled I/WE, this sub-show will further display the diverse talents of various art communities. We welcome and encourage submissions from all artists (above the age of 18) investigating the term case studies by using it as a catalyst in creating original works.

The works in the show may be tangible and straightforward like a book or suitcase, or they may be more conceptually-driven works that explore this idea with wit and humor. Artists are encouraged to create two or three-dimensional works in any medium that best supports their concept.

Dimensions
Should not exceed 30 inches when you total length plus width plus height with a maximum dimension of 20 inches in any direction.

Submission information
Please submit an image of your work no later than May 4, 2007 to any of the contacts listed below. If your work is still in progress you may submit a sketch or brief statement of your intentions.

Dates
Proposal deadline - May 4, 2007
Accepted artists notified - May 7, 2007
Accepted work due - May 14, 2007 (Delivery/Shipping information will be emailed upon acceptance)
Opening Reception - May 17, 2007
