Has anyone heard of or used this group for promotion, dissemination, etc.

They seem like a viable option to the Artist who is either too busy producing to deal with the business end of things, or the artist who simply lacks the savvy in the business/social aspects of the scene. But being from New York, I am skeptical of those without a vested interest actually getting my work out to galleries and buyers. If there was some decent feedback from artists about such services, I am sure more of these options/opportunities would present themselves without the threat of being a scam.
