i thought of a variation on an old question tonight i thought i'd write. i
think it proves that even god has limitations. this is not to diminish
anyone's god, but simply to clarify the nature of any rational notion of a
thinking god.

question: can god think of something god can't do?

if 'yes', then there is something god can't do.

if 'no', then there is something god can't do: god cannot think of something
god can't do.

this is a variation on the question 'can god create a rock so big god can't
lift it'. but i think this is clearer.
