Re: Re: martin kippenberger has left the building,is it fun?

Dear Friends,

My life nearly turned to a nightmare as Regina due to my works. I 'd like to share it with you as a little bit free association

As we know fun and entertainment are different things. If we can realize an art-like plane in beetween contemporary arts and humanities, I'd rather wear it on me as it plays with me.

This doesn'nt mean this is a satirical work.I participate the idea that video is not a entertaining plane as much as life. However, both video and life's one of first aim should be fun.

If this work which goes on inbeetween video space time and life space time seems bad, I am not the author,I sometimes one of the elastic container of the work.

Some people send me some funny mails like I should apply to a job in an island in Africa. What is hurting me that I don't know what I did to them because I mail only to people I respect and like as Regina did, I think (O.k,I imply at the moment I am looking for a suitable job to go on my own projects and if somebody hears, this is my mail…… but in Turkey please not in Africa)

I had some joke like behaviours and performances at the beginning however, I was trying a quick profit in between video space-time and life-space time possibilities .God sake, by the contribution of unseen angels in funny way sometimes conducting my hands' eyes, sees the possible emergig spaces. There could have some faults of videos to daily life setting however, what was possible conditions of a work should be have been discussed after it has finished.

Anyway,It should definitely be said that It'is not a joke.I even never wrote such things about my works.Normaly, everybody are afraid , I think

It may be necessairy to describe what is fun in that sense. What acts you define by fun?

As Dr Boulez,a Deleuzian academican pointed in Deleuze conference at Ystanbul, there are two kind of laughing in Bergson's idea. One is satire that we can easily observe it in televisual work. This works with movemet images in Deleuzian sense. Movement images as we know, works with contrast, resemblings ect.Reading the book of Bergson 'Laughing' again I'd like to share it with you with some carricature if I could find time.

Dr Boulez pointed also another important thing that you can decide about somebody or something for instance o.k let say you think I am idiot, for instance because, I am not political animal or I don't know where I put the points in my writings etc…..However,if you don't know the difference between idiot and stupid in Deleuzian sense, we can contribute and help each other. And,this can be fun….I am still learning by practicing and I can only say these….

You can show you decisions without caring possible changes. This shows your powerful knowledge and ability to understand things in front of many eyes however, life reconstructs itself and if we contribute its reconstruction, we realize that we contribute in spirit of love and universe which has been constructing at every moment.

with my best
