After a year of hard work, lots of it made possible by an Arts Council gran=
t, artafterscience (www.artafterscience.com) will have an even busier year =
in 2006 -

Chatterbox, a video installation about the absurd and repetitive nature of =
media and communication, is included in Adding Insult to Injury? Artistic r=
esponses to Censorship and Media, curated by Robert Sweeny, at the Kipp Gal=
lery, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, January 16, travelling to Central=
Missouri State University in September 2006. Chatterbox will also be showi=
ng at the Fresh Festival in Bracknall, UK, January 28.

In March, artafterscience will team up with John Hartley and his Orquesta T=
onta to do a live audio-visual piece during node.london, venue and dates ar=
e being worked out.

Barry Gibb and I are putting together a screening of videos in response to =
global warming on March 13 at the Science Museum annex the Dana Centre in L=
ondon, in collaboration with the BA (The British Association for the Advanc=
ement of Science) who have been very helpful in moving Randomness and Certa=
inty along.

Randomness and Certainty, a year-long project in collaboration with Barbara=
Zanditon in which scientists are being asked how their work experience has=
affected their personal view of life, will also be showing at the Dana Cen=
tre in October with the sponsorship of the BA.

The Prometheus Project, a collaboration with pianist Claudio Crismani to cr=
eate video for installations and performances based on the music of Alexand=
er Scriabin, is moving ahead. This comes via Edward Lucie-Smith, whose poem=
on Caravaggio is the basis for a video installation and which will be incl=
uded in shows in museums in Trieste and San Marino that he is curating late=
r in 2006.
