I've been doing Genius 2000 now since 1998, and wonder if anyone here has
heard of it or cares to check it out for comment.

It's mainly a couple websites, genius2000.net and
www.geocities.com/genius-2000 (gotta cutpaste the latter).

Also a documentary, "The Genius 2000 Video First Edition," which you can see
abbreviated at albalux.com/g2k/pv

Googling "Max Herman Genius 2000" will get some history; if you Google
"Walter Benjamin Theologico-Political Fragments" I'm matches 5 and 6.

I'm also in the database at www.rhizome.org.

The whole thing is based on "what is genius?" and "what is the year 2000?"

Do tear me to hell if you wish, but
www.geocities.com/genius-2000/SFMOMA82700.html (gotta cutpaste) certainly is
about museums and galleries and all.
