Having spent some time in places like the more conservative Konya with its very Islamic values and its extreme contrasts to the tourist coast of Izmir I am fascinated by what is happening. To visualize the opposition among major ideologies and to track the media language is really powerful. Yes the way the U.S is holding Turkey to the ranson of aid seems to be another case for worry.
