Digital Shorts 04/05 is a new commissioning scheme launched by South
West Screen.

Digital Shorts 04/05 will commission at least 8 innovative short
moving-images projects that explore new approaches to digital format,
from screen-based to mobile phones; these may include interactive or
on-line projects.

Applications are open to individuals based in the South West of
England. Outline proposals are invited and shortlisted applicants
will be invited to attend a development programme in Summer 2004 with
