In its second edition, this years festival will pay a
tribute to EXPRMNTL., a long gone festival "Hors
Normes" founded by Jacques Ledoux, who also
established the name and fame
of the Royal Belgian Film Archive in Brussels
This experimental festival shook the foundations
of the Casino of Knokke, a Belgian bourgeois coastal town
where it was held in the years 1963-1967-1974.

Combining (your) new work and films of those remote
times, this festival wants to investigate if the
agenda of the avant-garde of today (21st century) is
still the same as it was back then.
The world has changed, did taboos on a moral AND formal level shift or are they still the same?
