YOU ARE HERE FESTIVAL 2004: CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS!!

On 20th January, the You Are Here Festival team released the submission form
and details for the second YAH Festival, taking place from 24th September to
3rd October 2004. Applications are welcomed from anyone, regardless of
experience, geography or preferred media. The deadline for submissions is
1st April, so get your thinking caps on! Some brief info for you below, but
