Hello Natalie,
Just read a post of yours from a couple days ago in relation to 'how do you=
expect to have moral art in an immoral pollitical society?'
I do not think using a word such as 'moral' works in a world that has had s=
o experience of being tortured by moral groups who in their function exploi=
tative such as right wing religions for instance. For instance Bush moraliz=
es yet with his other hand exploits the world for corporate & military cont=
rol. Too long have the powers that be via their moral rhetoric imposed thei=
r own agendas on people all over the world. That is why many citizens are f=
orming new strategies to gain information on their own terms rather than it=
being diluted through propaganda channels. This way we can be informed and=
form our judgments on any political situation that occurs. Independent net=
working/collectivism is the key for survival in a world that is keen to pro=
mote weaponry products above human lives.

Think……….. David Lynch, Lost Highway delivering packages to yoursel=
f (or gifts) that call attention to the realities in which you live. What h=
as been done here is the idea of gift giving. The gift is reality given to =
the people of America by an artist that has mimicked Lynch. In this case th=
e artist has made a mockery out of Bush's fight on terrorism and challenged=
it in an absurd juvenile way. It used to be you would hit the mail box wit=
h a bat while speeding around in your car. So we have advanced now to blowi=
ng them up with pipe bombs. Wouldn't it be cool if you could blow the mail =
boxes up with remote controll airplanes that dropped bombs on them. Anyway =
i think it is funny. But that is just another part of imperialism. How do y=
ou expect to have moral art in an immoral pollitical society?
