Stuttgart based organization for film and media culture Wand 5 invites (media) artists, film makers to submit their work (film, video, internet projects, CD/DVD-Rom, media based installations) to the upcoming festival.
Deadline is October 1, 2002.

Awards amounting 10.000 Euros will be given - chosen by the audience and an international jury.
