ALWAYS IN TRANSLATION - DEVELOPING AUDIENCES FOR ART AND SCIENCE

at the Darwin Centre, Natural History Museum, Exhibition Road, London
SW7 Soft launch of new Wellcome Trust book, Experiment! and
Screening of Play Garden Video and Ask the Audience DVD plus panel
discussion with Dr Ilan Chabay, New Curiosity Shop; Ken Arnold,
Wellcome Trust; Jessia Shaw, artist/curator; Hannah Redler, Science
Museum; Andrew Caleya Chetty, plan b; chaired by Bronac Ferran.
Entrance is free and restricted to 100 people. Followed by audience

SATURDAY 10.00 - 4.00 PM
at the Royal College of Art, from 10.00 am - until late afternoon, a
workshop which will look in more detail at the challenges of
programming art/science events for new audiences and seek to develop
a 'toolkit' of ideas and share good practice etc to inform future
projects.
Once again entrance is free, and restricted to around 60 people. If

association with the Natural History Museum and the Royal College of
