In the world that we live in today, can we really be relaxed? And is it
a crime to get some serenity?
'Deep Relaxation' is about daily life practices. It's about the
interposition of the world on any point of daily-life. In this piece we
are using technology to clarify the obscurity of the everyday, to
penetrate this obscurity and to articulate the daily. The installation
deals with issues of social responsibility and our awareness of own
communities and raises questions regarding our 'place' in the world, and
the world's place in our life.
'Deep Relaxation' re-creates a Yoga session that is occasionally
violated and interrupted by real-time audio-visual bursts of reality
fragments.
