GIF IT! - The exhibition that pulls GIFs out of screens !

The animation is triggered when moving around the artworks via an optical illusion. No need of screen or energy source.

For its first edition, Gif It! showcase the work of 8 international artists in limited series.

~ 19h - 19h30 : Intervention > Jacques Urbanska.
Actor and director by formation, he is now in charge of Media Arts and Art network projects at Transcultures, Centre des Cultures numériques et sonores, Web strategy consultant and multimedia artist. He is at the initiative of the network arts-numeriques.info and directs twenty watches on the web (including @arts_numeriques, @fukushima_actu, @sarkzoy_info, @Occupy_USA…).

Oof mixes sounds, music and images since 2003, he is both "audiovisual DJ " and " director DJ " , his concerts were presented at the 4 corners of the world, the Cannes Film Festival, Montreux and
Burning Man, over 500 audiovisual shows.
