The ICP-BARD MFA Program in Advanced Photographic Studies is pleased to invite you to its Open Studios 2014!
Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 6pm - 10pm ET, immediately after the "What's Love Got To Do With It?" Symposium http://rhizome.org/announce/events/61055/
In the main gallery, a curated show of work from the current MFA candidates considers the notion of relationship. How does connection influence our vision and shape our interpretation of reality and fantasy? Does experience with an “other” hold generative potential? What do we seek when we try to connect? Using photography as a common denominator, we experiment across disciplines to open a discussion about interaction and the creative possibilities it offers.
Additionally, the twenty-four artists will open their studios to share current work.
