Hive 2.0 explores convergences between technology and nature by employing wasp architectures created from found and fabricated technological parts and scraps. Hive (2.0) is an empty sculptural entity that replaces insects with sound, creating an organismic, instrument-speaker hybrid. Kyle Duffield is a Toronto based intermedia artist who works in a range of mediums, such as painting, interactive installation, and video.
Daniele Hopkins is a multi-disciplinary Toronto artist who takes a surrealistic approach to audio/video compositions.
