Over the last three decades, the proliferation and convergence of networked media information and technologies have helped generate a new genres and modes of communication redefining people's engagement with media Internet has become an experimental field for art, taking shape in the creative space of the connected multitude. The social
assimilation of the Web and its growth in participatory possibilities has led to new circuits of value and meaning which predominates the autonomy for the creation and consumption of the work. Media audiences and consumers are also media users and participants, consolidating the Internet as a dynamic whole. This continuously changing context has created unprecedented opportunities. for expression and interaction. The web is a free and powerful tool for challenging popular culture, politics discourses and realities manipulated by the official media. back and confront dominant media culture, politics and power.
