- In software engineering, extensibility is a system design principle where the implementation takes future growth into consideration. The central theme is to provide for change – typically enhancements – while minimizing impact to existing system functions. - wikipedia

An exhibit to experience young art, and to consider connections, permutations and discoveries brought about by electronic alchemy. Artist proposals on the objectness of digital-imaging software programs, their limits and protocols; breaking into the code and to glitch, to turn type-font into object, to extend and populate a new diversity of forms.

What is it to reprogram existing works, to remix history under liquid rules of authorship? Under this constant activity of signs how do young artists address the banal and chaos of the information age. And what effect has the ascendancy of the interface and its striving to portray false continuity, extend into performing ourselves into the mirror melee of social networks and their trace of views, hits and likes.

One evening exhibition, featuring a group of young artists, working in photography, computer arts, moving image for video and film. Including work by Nicolas Dean-Levy, Keaton Fox, Mary Manchin, Joseph Miranda, Anna Moulton, Katherine Rehbeck and Chris Reiners among others.
