Waterloo-based artist Laura De Decker will present her work in conversation with artist and educator John Armstrong in the HIVE at the Communitech Hub in Kitchener, Ontario.

De Decker creates abstract prints and animated videos. The images are the product of computer programs she has written to transform existing colour models (e.g. colour test patterns, colour wheels and Cartesian cube). The results are dynamic and complex works of digital art.
