STUDENT RESIDENTS 2011
Eyebeam's yearly Student Residency Program offers New York City high school students space to experiment, learn, and create original work using our state-of-the-art facilities and mentorship from Residents and Fellows. This year's Student Residents are Ariana Marini, Giulia Girgenti, Ian Antoni, Tanjhid Chouhury, and Toni Koval. They came to Eyebeam first as participants in the 2011 Digital Day Camp, and their current projects explore topics as diverse as video production, dance, activism, game design, and textile technology.
HONORARY RESIDENTS + RESEARCH ASSOCIATES
Each year Eyebeam invites key people who have previously worked at Eyebeam or are core collaborators with current Fellows and Residents to access our facilities in a range of honorary positions. This year, Honorary Fellow Kaho Abe and Honorary Residents Stefani Bardin, Albert Hwang, and Maria Michails will present their work at Open Studios.
