VICTOR DEL CAMPO LEAVES "ESTAMPA" TO DIRECT "MADRID/EDITION, TEMPTATIONS FAIR"
"Madrid/Edition, Temptations Fair” is a new approach in the market of Contemporary Art that will be directed by Victor del Campo and will take place in Madrid (SPAIN) next October. He has been the director and curator of "Estampa", the International Show of Prints and Contemporary Art Editions for 10 years, after having conceived and established it successfully. This new show will open for the first time next autum.
"Madrid/Edition, Temptations Fair" is an alternative commercial show focused on offering lovers of art and the general public an accurately professional approach. Its primary objective is to present the most recent and innovative aspects of art involving any medium which allows original edition (video art, photography, net.art, installations, prints) and make it affordable for most people. Furthermore, international curators will join the project in order to bring to notice a clear and determining vision of their cities' avant gardes. In this show, the city and the urban environment are the two central topics.
The Show will provide space a more human dimension, as it will be located it in the heart of Madrid, offering a closer and more accessible environment to the visitor.
"Madrid/Edition, Temptations Fair" will be presented officially in June, and more information will be given about its objectives, contents and location.
