When I think of Rhizome I think of a lot of great things.
1 The wonderful and innovative site. 2 All the yahoo, hotmail, and other webmail accounts I've filled up with the mailing lists. 3 The cool and often pretensious people who use the site.

What I do not think of is web hosting. The first lame thing rhizome.org has done, but they have a good record.
