June 10-12 Berlin’s original Videokunst Club, Visual Berlin presents the Visual Berlin Festival. The festival is a community-focused meeting for audiovisual artists and technology pioneers from around the world and takes place in one of the city’s most fascinating industrial spaces; the legendary Tresor complex.

Three days of exploration into the evolution of screen culture and expanded visual and performance possibilities. Three nights of parties with some of the most exciting audiovisual acts from across the globe.

Workshops, seminars, AV performances and special presentations by guest artists, developers, hardware-hackers and musicians. Lectures, screenings and entry to the festival location and installations is free - guests are encouraged to come and meet the artists, share ideas and connect.

Guided projects and advanced workshops in: AV creation and performance, performance technologies; VDMX, Modul8, CoGe, visual programming environments; Processing, vvvv, Quartz Composer. Plus hardware-hacking, circuit bending, surface mapping and more! Workshops do not require pre-registration and are offered for just 10 euros (5 student). Coffee and food is available on site.
