The ACE student curatorial collective of Hunter College presents Video Feedback, a night of soundtracks created live to experimental videos in the Times Square Gallery. Four musical groups and sound artists will perform live improvisational scores to videos screened in the gallery space with the audience present. One at a time, a prearranged video/musician combo will perform. As each video finishes, another will begin immediately in a different part of the gallery, creating a migration of light, sound, and audience. The event highlights local experimental video and music practice brought together with meaningful overlap. Refreshments will be served.
